「Beautiful and charming all at once! We had a great time enjoying the house, the porch, the pool and hot tub, the yard, and the town and surrounding areas. Plenty of room for everyone and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Stunning views, too - it was hard to leave at the end of our stay! 」

「The photos don’t do this farmhouse justice. Comfy beds, cozy front room, relaxing front porch, peaceful and serene property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here with our family while our grandson played baseball at Dreams Park. Added bonuses (sunscreen, hypoallergenic soap, laundry detergent and more) were much appreciated. Our host was responsive and obliging. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again and again.」

「This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. 」

「The property in the house are beautiful. Lots board games and my children even though they are older children and adult adults played. Caretaker was super helpful and reachable. I highly recommend going to hop and hammer little country store.」

「This house was amazing! We stayed for baseball tournament in dreams park. Perfect distance to the field. House had all the bells and whistles. All we needed was food. Great job with the remodel, it's like staying in a brand new house. We definitely recommend to anyone going to Cooperstown. 」

「We had a wonderful visit at the Stone Cottage. We were in the area for a baseball tournament. This cottage was perfect respite for a few moms and their daughters between baseball games. The cottage is 30 minutes from Cooperstown Allstar Village. The cottage was very clean and the property well kept. 「While in town attending Suny Cobleskill graduation, we were looking for a property nearby. This farmhouse fit the bill. It was neaty decorated and the host was very gracious in leaving some treats for us at check in. There were plenty of beds to sleep my whole family.」
