“Enjoyable, private stay with exceptional communication and all the camping comforts you could need! Owner and property manager had strong communication and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Beds are comfortable, towels are plush, and power banks are provided (and recharged for longer stays). Many great restaurants nearby, one of our favorites was the seasonal Origins Cafe. Close to Cooperstown village and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Nice fire pit on site and many strategically……

“Our stay was absolutely amazing. The property is gorgeous, and the bed was very comfortable, with plenty of room for three people. The pond was fantastic; if we weren't at the baseball field, we were at the pond, either fishing or swimming. Highly recommend!”

“It was a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. There is a short walk from parking to the site, but there’s a wagon to help haul stuff in and out. We heard frogs, owls, fox and coyote. Such beautiful sounds of nature. It rained A LOT during our stay and the tent did not leak at all. It stayed totally dry. The shower and outhouse were close enough that it wasn’t far during the night to go. The tent had cots (we used our blow up mattresses) they seemed comfy when we laid on them. The tent was a good……

“If I could give more stars I would!!! This is such a magical place!! Derrick is an amazing host! The work he's done on the grounds is magnificent. Even though it was raining I just hung outside with my dog floating in the river or napping in the hammock! It's just beautiful!!! I had friends come over and we made so much food and drank all the wine! I love that there's both a grill and a griddle! I'm excited to make it my new yearly tradition! Thank you Derrick!!!!”
