「I am beyond frustrated writing this, but the experience my husband and I just had with a Vrbo property in Reading, Pennsylvania demands your immediate attention. The listing was blatantly misleading. Not “slightly off.” Not “a little different.” Completely misleading. When we arrived, the exterior of the property looked like something out of a neglected, abandoned site—run-down, poorly maintained, and frankly embarrassing to even pull up to. It immediately created concern, discomfort, and a strong...

「Beautiful property to walk around and enjoy nature. The loft was very clean and taken care of. Out of the bustle of Jim Thorpe, but still close enough (just under a half hour) to go and spend the day. The train tracks right in front was a unique experience! Thank you so much! 」

「We were so happy with our stay at Housers Crossing. I loved having coffee each morning with the herd of deer who walk through the property regularly. Our host helped us get train tickets into Jim Thorpe, which was absolutely amazing! My kiddo enjoyed the quiet hammock in the woods for reading, and my husband loves the walking trail. What a beautiful, serene location! We loved our lodging. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed to cook instead of go out to eat. Not...

「Initial communication w/ host was good & in fairness left the contact info to a manager if needed. Our family was literally there for 1 night so we thought it would be ok. The photos are accurate however don’t depict the entire rental. It was cool in the sense it was an old bar converted into a multi use bnb - the vision was there, decor was really conversational. However, the craftsmanship was shoddy in most areas - for example, a beautiful stand alone tub but with broken Sheetrock and poor...

「What a wonderful quiet and peaceful weekend!
My husband and I chose this wonderful tiny home for a peaceful retreat. The home was spotlessly clean and just as described. Very peaceful and just what we needed!
The Hot tub and outdoor fire pit is where we spent most of our time.
Winery: Stone Mountain Cellars. Cute local winery that offers homemade wine.
Breakfast: Red Lion. Cute and home cooking.
Dinner: Summit View. The steaks are the way to go!
Hike: Sweet Arrow Lake trail.
Thank you for...
