“The apartment is in the suburbs of Graz in a large middle-class condominium, parts of which are still under construction (august 2026). The building is just in front of the Messe and served very well by the Tram (Line 4) which easily drives you to the city center. The apartment was new, very clean, confortable and with full furnitures (washing machine, nespresso machine, vacuum cleaner, smart tv, kitchen etc.). All in all, we felt like being home. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. “This accommodation was very run down. They only accept cash for payment. There is no working elevator. The floors of the apartment are badly stained and damaged. The furniture is junky. I feel like this place could be good if they had someone come in and decorate a bit, put down some rugs. Hung some nice art. Moved the furniture around. It just feels like there is no care put in.
