Check in staff is friendly, but in the evening, I just need purchase a bottle of water, one male waitress is not nice, he would not like talk with me. The room is clean but small. The location is perfect, convenient for everything.

Conveniently and centrally located in the absolutely gorgeous city of Schwerin, Weinhaus Wöhler has consistently ranked as my favorite boutique hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant is top-rated that will delight even the most discriminating palates. History is only a few steps away in this unbelievably beautiful old city.

Older property that was clean and spacious. We had a late check-in and appreciated the staff's flexibility with that. The only negative was off site parking with about a 5 minute walk.

Die Ausstattung unseres Deluxe Zimmers war leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad war die Dusche nicht ebenerdig und für meinen 1,90m großen Mann zu klein. Auf den Bildern bei der Buchung war leider ein anderes moderneres Badezimmer abgebildet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht überall einwandfrei und auch einer von zwei Fernsehern hatte nur sehr schlechten Empfang. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Beschreibung war ein Kingsize Bett benannt. Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten mit nicht durchgehender Matratze, bei denen man die Federn gespürt hat.

Seit 2024 sind in Schwerin 38 Gebäude und Anlagen UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe. Das Weinhaus Wöhler ist eines davon. Hier gibt es eine Weinhandlung, ein gutes Restaurant und auch Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten. Wann und wo kann man schon in einem Weltkulturerbe nächtigen? Wir fanden das alles erst bei unserer Anreise heraus. Das alte (Fachwerk)Gebäude ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt noch zwei weitere Gebäude die zum Hotel gehören. Unser Zimmer lag in einem von diesen. Wir waren anfänglich ein wenig enttäuscht nicht im Haupthaus zu sein, was aber so schnell wieder verflog, wie es kam. Bei dem Frühstücksbüfett fehlte es uns an nichts. Der Kaffee, die Brötchen, der O-Saft - alles frisch. So wie es sein muss. Bei der Abreise gab man uns noch den Tipp beim nächsten Mal anzurufen, um eines der Zimmer im alten Fachwerkhaus zu reservieren. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Hotelumgebung stark beschränkt. Wenn man aber einen fünfminütigen Weg in Kauf nimmt, kann man sein Fahrzeug auf einem beschrankten Parkplatz abstellen (24h = 10€). Uns hat die Unterkunft gefallen. Uns hat Schwerin gefallen. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Schwerin sein sollten, werden wir sehr wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten.

Slitet och under förväntan

Vi bokade sviten för några extra hundra, men det var egentligen bara en gammal lägenhet utan kök i annexhuset. Besvikelse. Klockan 18 gick receptionen hem och hela hotellet var nedstängt. Även restaurangen. Läget på hotellet var bra. Ska ni bo här så lägg inte extra pengar på att uppgradera till sviten.

Bestilt suite. Bare ett stort rom, ikke noe som mintes om suite. Ikke kaffe eller te på rommet, bare vannkoker og kopper. Spurte om d, men d var ikke mulig. Måtte ut av selve hotellet for å komme på rommet vi fikk, tungvint i dårlig vær og for frokost! Ikke verdt pengene!

Perfekt läge i Altstadt

Var på julmarknad i vackra Schwerin. Hotellet är väldigt trevligt, ganska litet och fräscht. Mycket välkomnande personal och mysiga rymliga rum. Lyxigt med både badkar och dusch. Sköna sittmöbler i rummet. Sängarna lite hårda i min smak men inget att klaga på. God frukost och vällagad middag. Mums. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Varm anbefaling

Virkelig god service! Vi ankom før check-in og fik lov til at ligge alt vores udstyr i et rum. Min hustru og jeg var på motorcykel og den fik vi lov til at parkere i gården. Check-out starter kl 08:00 men da vi skulle nå en færge tog de sig af os lidt over 07:00. Super gæstfrie. Alt hvad vi kunne håbe på.

Fühlten uns nicht willkommen

Soweit alles ok. Schönes großes Zimmer mit Tageslichtbad. 3. Bett in separatem Zimmer war leider eine unbequeme Ausziehcouch. Sich Willkommen fühlen ist anders. Der Cappuccino zum Frühstück kostet extra. An der Rezeption zuerst nach dem Parkplatz fragen und danach einchecken zu wollen, war nicht richtig und wurde entsprechend getadelt.

Grausam, nie wieder!!!!

Absolut keine Empfehlung! Das „Komfort“-Zimmer Pfaffenteich in der zweiten Etage war nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Kein Aufzug! Das Zimmer war zwar ziemlich groß, aber nur mit alten sperrmüllreifen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Bett und die Kissen waren eine Zumutung! insgesamt sehr lieblos und überholungsbedürftig! Von Komfort keine Spur und der Preis von fast 150 € war absolut unangemessen! Beim Betreten des Restaurants ist es alleine schon von dem Geruch „anders“ geworden und wir haben das Frühstück außer Haus eingenommen.
