Un'angolo di paradiso ...a due passi dal mare!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima location immersa nel verde, un'oasi di vera pace e tranquillità per due settimane...a due passi dal mare! I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e disponibili fin dal primo contatto: sempre pronti per un consiglio. L'appartamento era pulito, ampio, luminoso e ben equipaggiato per garantire una vacanza confortevole. All'interno della struttura vi è la disponibilità del posto auto, comodo e sicuro. Anche gli spazi esterni sono ben curati, perfetti per rilassarsi o mangiare all'aperto. Un'esperienza che ci ha lasciato un ricordo molto positivo e sicuramente la voglia di tornare! Grazie Roberta e Stefano per averci fatto sentire come a casa! E un pensiero speciale va anche a Jedi, il vs simpaticissimo cagnolino, che ci ha conquistati con la sua dolcezza! Consigliatissimo!

Little Piece of paradise

The villa/cottage was very clean and functional. The views onto the sea are beautiful, and it’s a few steps down to the lovely beach, which is quiet and relatively secluded. It’s like a private beach. The owner/host was really accommodating and helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

Urlaub direkt am Strand

Super Lage nur ein paar Meter zum Strand. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Es gab leider keinen Toaster in der Küche.

Beautifull house at the beach.

The house had 2 bedrooms, a nice living room and a basic kitchen. Bathroom was clean and complete. Outside veranda with a beautiful view. The entrance to the ("private") beach was a few meters from the house. Stefano and Roberta were perfect hosts. Always available for questions or advice about the region. We had a great time here and recommend everyone to visit. Thank you!the region

Entspannung pur

Das ständige Meeresrauschen ist wie Meditation. Das Häuschen bietet reichlich Platz. Die große Veranda lädt zum Verweilen ein und am nahen schönen Sandstrand kann man die herrlichsten Sonnenuntergänge betrachten.

Ein Paradies am Meer

Das Haus mit große Terasse liegt direkt am Meer , nur wenigen Treppenstufen führen zum Privatstrand. Wunderschön abseits und ruhig gelegen , man benötigt ein Auto um Einkäufe und Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig , einfach nach italienischen Standard eingerichtet. Stefano, der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Der ideale Ort zum entspannen und erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschön!

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen! Der abenteuerliche Weg zum Haus wurde von Roberta und Stefano super beschrieben und - trotz unserer großen Verspätung wurden wir herzlich empfangen! Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Strandurlaub braucht, sogar das Kajak durften wir nutzen! Das Meeresrauschen begleitet einen hier den ganzen Tag, der Strand wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt und der Blick ist traumhaft... Vielen Dank an Roberta und Stefano!

Un emplacement de rêve....

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Roberta et Stefano qui nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup d'attention. Maison spacieuse avec une très grande terrasse vue mer ; top pour la détente avec en fond sonore : le bruit des vagues... On a également beaucoup apprécié la plage avec son sable - ses eaux transparentes et pratiquement pour nous tous seuls ainsi que la mise à disposition d'équipements nautiques dont Kayak de mer et la proximité à pied de très bons restaurants donnant sur toujours sur cette très belle crique. Au total l''emplacement est idyllique et préservé : un vrai bonheur !!! On y reviendra c'est sûr !!!

Tutte le procedure per la prenotazione e la comunicazione con l’host sono andate bene. Roberta e Stefano sono sempre disponibili in una delle case. La posizione delle sei casette è perfetta per famiglie con bambini e per rilassarsi.

2 stelle solo per la posizione

Due stelle perché la posizione è strepitosa ma la casa dà un altro significato all’aggettivo spartano. Anzitutto la strada è tremenda. La villetta non è minimamente attrezzata per il caldo siciliano poiché è senza climatizzatore e ha degli infissi di ferro rugginoso, (ferro non ci si crede, e sembrano anteguerra!!!) con vetri sottilissimi e, qui e lì rotti, pericolosissimi e pieni di spifferi caldi. La cucina è impresentabile: senza acqua calda (i proprietari raccomandano di non sprecare acqua, ma basterebbe una lavapiatti ad abbattere i consumi, è cosa nota ai più) con una dotazione di utensili scarsissima, e poi, cosa ci vuole a mettere un microonde combinato? In bagno giusto l’essenziale, ma la cabina doccia si apre e chiude male e, anche lì, mettere un po’ di ganci e/o attaccapanni in più non guasterebbe. I pavimenti hanno delle crepe vistose e la manutenzione generale è veramente lacunosa. La pulizia è molto migliorabile. Anche mettere una lavatrice in comune a disposizione del gruppo di villette faciliterebbe la vita a tutti, specialmente per chi ha bambini, e così si risparmierebbe ulteriore acqua. Avremmo pagato volentieri assai di più per una casa migliore, ed è impossibile raccomandarla, così com'è.

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage

Schöne Anlage mit schöner Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer,. Anfahrt ein bisschen kompliziert. Sandstrand mit ein paar Steinen durchsetzt, Austattung des Hauses auf das Nötigste beschränkt, keine Heizung, die man bei schlechtem Wetter schon vermisst. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Relax e serenità

Il posto è meraviglioso e meraviglioso è alzarsi al mattino, fare colazione con un bellissimo mare davanti e addormentarsi alla sera con il rumore della risacca. Pace e tranquillità. La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Roberta e Stefano, i proprietari, sono cordiali e sempre disponibili. Vacanza da ripetersi; giugno e settembre forse i momenti migliori. Unico neo: sabato sera e domenica arriva ben distinta la musica di alcuni locali della spiaggia vicina.
