A second open deck is located off the lower level. The lake view is directly across from the Barren River Dam. With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, this serene retreat offers a peaceful escape for guests. After a full day of fun, this home offers the most amazing sunsets you will find. Located minutes from Bailey’s Point Campground, boat launch and picnic area. This property also provides lake access and a dock nearby within a short drive. Whether you're lounging in the spacious living areas or enjoying the fresh air and nature on the outdoor patios, you will enjoy Barren River Lake at its finest.

Wonderful view

The house is nice and as advertised. The porch area was wonderful and where we spent most of our time. The view is spectacular -- our sunset view was exactly as pictured. We were very pleased with the house and are planning to book it again in the future. Tip: Be sure the lake is accessible during your stay. With recent flooding, none of the marinas were renting boats of any kind and so we were unable to really enjoy the lake.

Long Weekend for a wedding

This is a beautiful home on a beautiful lake. If you like country, this is where it’s at. There is a working dairy farm down the road and the cows feed across the street. The home is lovely and decorated beautifully. Lots of space for friends and family to gather with stocked kitchen for dining in and ping pong downstairs. Would definitely book again and the owner is very responsive.

Best of Both Worlds

The property was exactly as expected from the posting. Communication was excellent and any questions were answered exceedingly quickly. Very well located, it was just a short drive to Bowling Green to go and see Corvettes and visit Lost River cave - highly recommend both. Also Page's Pizza is just down the road and is delicious! We also spent a day just enjoying the property, chilling on the porch in the hammock chair and having a fun family ping pong tournament. It was a great way to end fall break. Highly recommend!

Immaculate property

Beautiful lakefront property. Comfortable and thoughtful amenities. Peaceful surroundings. We had fun playing ping pong and relaxing in front of a fire making s’mores. It rained when we were there but we could still enjoy the screened in porch. Lovely place don’t hesitate to book.
