「Non c'é ascensore; si arriva camminando lungo una salita non eccessiva. Vicinissima al centro commerciale Plaza Madeira. Pulita e con le cose essenziali che possono servire. É peró davvero molto piccola, lo spazio é ridottissimo. Non c'é spazio per un armadio, c'é un appendiabiti con alcune grucce.」

「This was a well-located budget hotel with some great restaurants and coffee shops within 3 mins walk, and the old town about 15 mins walk. Excellent reception staff and daily housekeeping. If the roof-top pool and deck was refurbished it could be quite stunning. Our only issue was the heat. The room was so hot from afternoon to around midnight it was hard to sleep. We were on the third floor which has a part-glazed roof (to the pool area) which makes the floor so hot. Same with the balcony doors...

「Front desk and cleaning staff were good to deal with and they did give us a welcome gift, which was nice, but the suite itself was a bit dirty when we arrived (stains on the carpet, dirt on the carpet, glassware looked dirty, stains on the bedding, etc.) — at least aesthetically— and the locations is quite loud. The locals festivities and World Cup fan zone watch events on the corner kept us up until the early AM so definitely bring earplugs or don’t come here at all if you can’t sleep with...

「Really good hotel. Great value for money. The hotel is a lot quieter than the hotel next door and you're able to use the facilities at the other hotel, win win! We told the reception that it was my dad's 60th birthday and they made it extra special for him! Thank you so much to all the hotel staff, they were all great. I would really recommend people staying here, especially for the price!」

「Alles hat mit Eingangscodes funktioniert, sodass man keinen Schlüssel bei sich tragen musste.
Die Kommunikation und der Service war gut. Hatten einen kleinen Defekt, welcher innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert wurde.
Die Ausstattung des Appartements reicht vollkommen aus. Die Messer könnten erneuert werden」
