"Customer service was poor. Promises were made about rooms and compensation for issues that could not be resolved. Although the hotel itself was nice and clean. Location was great. The issues with the staff and the rooms made the vacation much more difficult especially for disabled people."

"Having renovation going on during July 4 weekend was ridiculous!! The main bathroom was closed for the day! The door was not locking right, someone fixed it later somehow.. The location and the views are wonderful, it's pity that such a nice location is managed so poorly..."
