Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was great for our family group. Each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom, and the lower-level den is great for "movie time" and to be able to spread out a little. Only 1 full block to the beach, very doable for the children. The dining table and the dining chairs are bar-stool height - very uncomfortable when sitting for extended periods (i.e. while playing games) and not easy for kids to use - wish this was standard height. Also, The shape of the kitchen island makes it impossible to get around the fridge when the door is opened, creating a "bottleneck" when several people are trying to use the kitchen. Otherwise, a very nice house and we've stayed here 3 years in a row.

The bonus room was great for older children. We would definitely rent this property again. We had a few very small issues and the rental company promptly got back to us and promptly addressed the issues. The Powers Group was a pleasure to deal with from the point of looking for a rental through the actual rental.

This proper was close to everything and just off beach block. I have a 24 and 21 year old who each got to bring a few friends and everyone enjoyed their stay.
