For safety reasons, this home is not recommended for children ages 1–12, as the stairs are steep and the home is not equipped with child safety features such as a baby gates.
Though we do not have an EV Charger, we do have 50amp outlet in the garage for you to use with your own set up.

Due to a household member’s severe asthma and serious sensitivity to pet dander, animals cannot be accommodated at this property. Even a brief visit from an animal can create an unsafe environment and require extensive professional cleaning.
