We had a wonderful time at Sea Ranch in this very comfortable and well located beach house. It is close to the ocean and the bluff trails, had everything we needed for cooking and a great hot tub for star gazing. We would love to come back!

Nice vacation retreat. House is a little "tired", but very clean and comfortable.We had an issue with the stove. As soon as we reported it the management had a handyman come and fix it. They were very responsive.Over all it was very enjoyable.

Overall, this was a pretty much perfect place for us; large and usable kitchen, comfy sitting areas, comfortable bed, and most importantly a gorgeous view with a really nice hot tub. The privacy and views made it a perfect getaway.This area offers nice places to walk the bluffs, and was a short drive to the beach and nearby town of Gualala.Only a couple of minor things to note, the bathroom is dated (who cares?!), the shower was a bit difficult for my very tall husband (he made due), and the master bedroom could use better sleeping pillows (I forgot to bring my own). But honestly, the perks of this cozy home made the minor inconveniences unimportant.The fireplace is amazing and there’s a good wood supply. The deck looking out to the ocean is gorgeous. The home felt very private, clean, and quiet.My husband and I didn’t want to leave and we pictured ourselves moving in permanently! We could really feel the love and good vibes from all who’ve stayed before us.

We’ve stayed in Sea Ranch a few times but really enjoyed this house the most. The decor, space, setup. All good stuff. Well appointed with practically all needs for cooking and eating at home during the stay. Lots of soaking in the hot tub. And it’s a wildlife crossing, we got to see all the local creatures during our visit. It’s only a short walk to the bluff trail.

the sea ranch is a magical place, and this house was magical as well. great for a family of 4. clean, cozy and yet spacious, all at the same time. we'll be back.

The house is clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pots/utensils, etc. Enjoyed the deer and other wild life that wandered through the property. Short walk to bluff trail.

My son and I had a great time! We biked to the rec center for some swimming, explored the many beaches at Sea Ranch and loved the hot tub at the end of the days! The house and kitchen were well supplied with everything you need - can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Sweet house 5 minute walk to the bluffs overlooking the beach. 15 mins to a close beach and a little longer to a few other biggers ones. Quiet and private. One bedroom with a (small) bed in a loft above the living space. Hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely return. I think the keys should be available by 3:30. Driving to Gualala was not a problem but it was raining and had to wait until exactly4:00. Other than that it wad a wonderful birthday get away.

Overall very nice. Only issue was quite noisy HVAC system. Best to turn off entirely at night, use only in the AM to heat up house, and hope for afternoon sun.

If you enjoy privacy, the ocean, ocean life, pools, spas, tennis, walking/running trails, this place is for you. This house has so much privacy. The back deck looks out to the ocean. Additionally, you can relax in the hot tub during the sunset and watch the ocean. The pool facilities we super clean and spotless. The staff members were super nice. The house is well stocked. I would definitely go back to this house.

Two adult kids and mom spent a great 5 days here. This place is lovely, even when it rains, and we really appreciated all the windows to watch the sea, the greenery, the deer, and the quail. The hot tub was perfect. We loved the short walk to the cliff path. The house itself is well-appointed with essentially one huge bed in the bedroom, and a twin up in the loft. Very comfy, with a very well-provisioned kitchen. The blue couch, much discussed in these comments, is, it's true, past it's time. But there is a love seat that's nice. A great trip - would happily return.
