Love the Spinnakers!

We have stayed in this villa several times and it never disappoints. Very clean, beautifully appointed and great location. The owners thought of everything and the kitchen has all that you need. Towels and linens were also very nice. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

First Class Stay

Great location. The house was very well equipped, homely and really clean. Ample seating, and great views over the golf course and pond. Communication was very good...we were informed that we could check in early if we wished which was helpful. No hesitation in recommending this property.

Wonderful Place! Stunning views!

This home is very bright, clean and spacious! It is well equipped and appears to be recently updated. We enjoyed our stay there so much! The porches are so nice, offering beautiful views, ocean sounds, and seating for meals, cocktails, and games! Many units claim a short walk to the beach but this one truly is a SHORT WALK! We definitely plan to return to this home!

Great location and property.

Very enjoyable Fall Break. Great location, short walk to the beach. We truly enjoyed watching dolphins and riding bikes during sunrise. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was important to us during virus since we ate at the house all the time. The host gave very clear and detailed instructions. We are absolutely coming back.

FANTASTIC VILLA!

Our family loves Seabrook and have been many times. This was our second stay in this villa and will be our villa of choice in the future. We love the new touches that really compliment the existing decor. You can tell that the owners have paid attention to detail including the fully stocked kitchen. The view of the golf course and lagoon are amazing. It is so much fun to have your coffee in the morning watching all of the wildlife including two alligators! The location is perfect which is within walking distance to the beach club and clubhouse for dining. We also enjoyed Pelican Beach which is across the street. We look forward to our return.

Superb!

Fantastic one week stay at this property. Extremely clean and very well equipped, this place felt like home throughout our stay. Excellent location just by the beach with great access to activities and Freshfield for food/restaurants. Such a relaxing week and would love to go back.

Perfect vacation rental

We had an amazing time at this rental. Great location (less than 5 mins walking to the beach) and the rental was so well stocked! Very thoughtfully curated rental with a great kitchen and several decks which we loved having. We will be back!

Just as promised. Great location - easy access to the beach and the club.

We would rent the property again - truly enjoyed watching all of the wildlife. The deer, alligators, birds - to name a few - were beautiful.

Place had a lovely view. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we ran into was a problem w the kitchen disposal. Draining issues a couple days after arriving which my husband was able to fix. However, right before checking out, we experienced another drainage issue which he could not fix. Otherwise, the place was a great place for our family.
