The bed room has a king size bed and closet. The living room has 2 sofa beds. One with queen and one with twin. Beautiful updated condo perfect for a week at Seabrook! Updated kitchen ready to be used, or enjoy one of the great local restaurants close by! Large, walk in shower with rainfall shower head. Perfect after a day outside on Seabrook.
Beach chairs, sand toys, and more provided in outside storage closet. TV in the living room and bedroom with YouTubeTV for your convenience. Coffee maker, iron, toaster, hair dryer, and other conveniences for you. Beautiful community pool overlooking the marsh. Enjoy the sunset over the marsh from the Bay Pointe dock.

Great stay.....there was a lot to like at this condo. Clean, pest free, great views of marsh with a south exposure that avoids hot afternoon sun, nicely updated with great shower and comfortable bed, great communication with owners. Would happily stay here again.

Very Relaxing!

Enjoyed our time very much! Property was clean and very relaxing. Enjoyed the back porch and the very private view of the marsh, which is full of birds every morning. Kitchen has nice appliances and both a traditional and Keurig coffee machines. Bed is firm but comfortable, shower is awesome, and the owners have supplied beach gear.

Great Location & View

We had a great 10 day stay at this villa. The central local is very close to Freshfields and Cassique. We enjoyed the beautiful marsh views and the king bed is very comfortable! Check in was seamless and the owners are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

We loved every minute of our stay. My husband and I have needed a getaway for a while now and this is just what we had in mind. The condo was clean and the welcome birthday card was so thoughtful. The owners were quick to answer all of my questions and gave great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We’ll definitely be back!

Golf vacation

Perfect place for my wife and me at Seabrook. Plenty of space and very comfortable with wonderful views. Very close to the marina, restaurants and shopping via bike. Host and managers were very responsive and communicative. small gift upon arrival was a great touch.

Quite place to stay

This is in a very quiet community. Condo was very comfortable. The community beaches were very clean and not very crowded but lacked public facilities. It’s a good drive away from touristy activities or public beaches. We really enjoyed the peacefulness.

We loved this property! Seabrook Island is our “happy place” and we have stayed all over the island over the last 10 years. This was definitely one of our favorites. Peaceful, beautiful, and exactly as described in listing. We will be back!

Amazing!

We loved everything about Seabrook! Cannot say enough about the hosts and how responsive they were. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was comfortable even for our college age son who slept on the pull-out couch! We would recommend and will return again!

Very nice villa at Bay Pointe on Seabrook Island

This unit in Bay Pointe Villas is a beautiful spot on Seabrook Island, just before entering the main gate. It’s close to a great French cafe, the Lake House, Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, etc. Plus, there’s a cool dock going out to Horseshoe Creek, which connects to the Bohicket. It’s great for sunset views and kayaking with the dolphins!

Great condo right on the marsh with a view

This place was cute, very clean, and really was right on the marsh! I bird-watched while drinking my morning coffee. The hosts, Clint and Cherie, were the fastest responders I think I've ever communicated with. Highly recommend!

Spring Retreat

Everything was simply perfect! Comfortable, quiet, exactly as advertised right down to the thoughtful welcome gift from the super hosts! The coffee and creamers were also appreciated! Bring all your stressors and spend Ten minutes on the patio overlooking the salt marsh…..Instant relief! If you’re a bird nerd like me, you’ll be in heaven!

Lovely condo

The host was very helpful and super quick to respond to questions. The condo was inviting and had nice welcoming touches including a fresh bag of southern coffee and a couple local treats. The condo had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. We enjoyed the marsh view and did not want to leave. Thank you!

Memory Lane

Clint and Cherie were absolutely wonderful! My sister and I came back to visit Seabrook, where our parents had lived about 20 years. Unfortunately, I got very sick and we had to cut our trip short. They were so understanding. The Villa is perfect. I loved the location right outside the guard gate. Quicker to pop over to Freshfields. The Villa was clean, well equipped - had everything we needed. Thank you again!

Clean and cute single bedroom

Cute one bedroom just outside gates of Seabrook Island. Comes with access pass to enter the island gates, in its own little gated community. We visited for the tennis tournament and it was convenient to tennis center and freshfields. Owners are quick to respond to any issues you may have. No toiletry kit or starter is provided so be sure and bring your own. Owners did leave us a cute coffee pack and cookies which were appreciated! Unit had both keurig and regular coffee maker.

Comfortable and Peaceful

The condo is well appointed and was true to the listing. We had small hiccups; accessing the key (wrong code sent), we did touch up some cleaning because we had access to cleaning supplies and were unsuccessful in accessing the beach chairs in the closet w the oblong knob but overall we were very pleased with the condo and it’s location. We figured out the area pretty quickly and accessed the beach at beach access #1 and #2 several times and took in a sunrise there. We also took in a sunset on the dock right by the condo. We also figured out freshfields village was super convenient and close by. This place was comfortable and peaceful, just what we were looking for. We would stay again.

Cleanliness was not a 10/10…

Stayed at many, many VRBO’s, this one fell short on the clean factor. House was in a fine location, VRBO was definitely not a 10/10 on cleanliness. Mirrors had hand prints, bed had literal sand in it, bathroom sink and mirror had absolutely not been wiped down. (Toothpaste splatter all over the mirror) Also, upon arrival the building address where you go to get your pass for the island is incorrect & closed. Overall wouldn't book here again, but we did still enjoy seabrook!

Mostly great but be informed about a few things

Nice updates to condo, great shower & super comfortable bed. We love this location. The property owner texted me back immediately & volunteered to drive there for a minor problem. She was very nice The property owners are not members of the beach club so you can not go there even for the customary rental fee. The owners need a new cleaning service bc I did do a few hours of cleaning when I got there. I do believe they are probably not aware & everyone can get a bad cleaning service. The rugs in the bathroom were very dirty, the shower was not scrubbed out, toilet was very dirty, kitchen cabinets need swept out & the mirrored wall had a pretty thick build up on it. After a good cleaning this would be a fabulous retreat for anyone who doesn’t mind using the public beaches.
