“Clean, cozy, well prepared.Location!!!”

“The location is right on the beach, the host provided an extra twin bed when asked. The house is old, so be prepared for that. The welcome guide says it is 100 years old. You also park in a parking lot that is a bit hidden and out of the way, the instructions to get there were very clear, but ordering GrubHub had me walking to the street to find the delivery driver. With that being said, you can tell the house has been updated. I don’t think the shower curtain was clean, which was a bit of a……

“The house was cozy, clean, and welcoming. Would definitely recommend! Rooms were all very spacious. ”

“Outside of the first night, our visit was great. We had a not so great neighbor on the first night however I was able to contact the host and they did everything in their power to make things better and that neighbor checked out the next morning…. So thankful the rest of our stay was so relaxing”

“Although the property has great potential, the entire condo had an overwhelming smell of cat urine. The unit is older and in the process of repairs which we were willing to over look but the smell was just too much. We had to leave after the first night and have not received any response after contacting the host letting them know of the issue. ”

“The host being non responsive! Got there late (9)due to traveling delays. Had address and code, opened the door to be greeted by a large dog and man. That was not happy we opened his door. Messaged host waited 30 minutes and had to have driver take us to a hotel. More expenses. Got response 30 minutes after checking into hotel. Next day checked out and he said we could use house behind the original one. Inside the house it was 20 degrees. No heat on, could not get heat to come on, had to……

“It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay.”

“The host was very accommodating. Our family had an emergency and we needed a place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. Although this listing said no pets, she allowed us to bring our pets. We are so appreciative. The house was beautiful and very clean. Thank you for our stay.”
