「The cottage was reasonably priced. It was perfect for me, since I was the only one traveling. When I arrived, the place was clean. It was very close to all the events I was attending for the weekend. All the restaurants and venues I attended were within 1 - 1.5 miles with the exception of 1, it was 8.5 miles away. I would gladly rent this cottage again if I was in the area. I had a few questions for the host manager, and she responded in a very quickly manner.」

「We loved our stay. The location is perfect and the view from the bedroom balcony is lovely. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the day at the beach and relaxing time indoors. The bathrooms were all set up with soap and shampoo, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of room to spread out and our college kids loved the pickleball courts and pool at the property. We will definitely be back.」

「This home was better than the photos. Very livable and well stocked. The beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys) were great. And the knives in the kitchen were excellent— same set u have at home. That is rare!My biggest concern before arriving was the distance from the beach— I usually book beachfront for convenience, but it really was a non-issue. 「The location was wonderful - on the gulf front and a 3 minute ride to the bay. Due to tropical storm Bertha, we were only able to enjoy the gulf beach 1 day; however we thoroughly enjoyed the bayside for 2 1/2 days! The space in the townhouse was well organized. Had everything you need. And we loved all the books available everywhere! We adjusted to the steps with 3 floors as the small elevator was really slow, yet great to use for loading and unloading for various floors. Michele was a fabulous...
