“We had an issue where our vehicle was accidentally blocking a neighbor's driveway while we were stuck away at an event. Julio was able to work out a solution to carefully move the vehicle instead of having it towed, which saved us a lot of inconvenience. The place was very comfortable and easy to stay in!”

“The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.”

Bread spread had holes and blinds were broken. And I wasn’t pleased that the heater did not work. It was absolutely freezing in the house. However, I did not reach out to the owner. “Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. This particular unit is right on the street and could be noisy at times. “We loved our stay at the property. It was all of our kiddos' first time in Cali, so we looked long and hard for just the right spot and house. We loved the location right on the big lawn the kids could play, while also so close to the beach, restaurants, the pier and of course right on the boardwalk. We would definitely stay at this location again. Ed was great to communicate with and even helped us with local spots. The weather was superb and we loved the entire neighborhood surrounding the……

The kitchen was incredibly stocked with everything we needed to make an Easter Brunch. “Love love love this place! Management was accommodating and nice also informative on arrival . The location is next to literally everything. We didn't have to uber anywhere . We walked to eat and to the mall to shop. Stayed here a night before our cruise and the terminal is not far at all. Highly recommend and would stay again!”
