「Very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room had insects crawling on the wall corner, which looked like ants or termites. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially when you expect a clean and comfortable environment.
The presence of bugs made the room feel dirty and uncomfortable, and it ruined our stay. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but unfortunately this hotel did not meet that expectation.
I hope the management will take this seriously and improve their housekeeping. I...

「Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. 「This place deserves even more than 5 stars. The property and rooms are impecable. This felt like a cozy airbnb. The 2 ladies who work the desk are 2 of the kindest humans in long beach.

「This was a last minute booking and we were not sure how it would go. Our room was comfortable. The beds were cozy. The breakfast was decent and the jacuzzi looked inviting. They had a little space with couches that was really nice and comfortable to wait in. It was a good experience. 」
