It was pet friendly but when we got to the place, we were charged $50 for each ESA dog that we have. So it was an extra $100 that was not mentioned on their website. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

when you get there nobody works the office. you have to call a phone number 15 minutes later somebody comes along. The room they gave me was filthy told she was up urine all over the toilet. cigarette ashes in the bathtub floor was dirty. Volume control on the TV did not work at all. went back to the office. already gone. I only stayed one of two nights

Terrible place to stay. Beds mattress very hard, couldn't sleep all night. Sofa bed sheets so dirty, ask to for a clean one and change for my self. Towels was wet and shower very poor water pressure. Never comeback and places like this shouldn't offer service to stay.

Hotel was fine it’s close to the boardwalk the room was cleaner than expected. I got a message the day before my scheduled check in saying I could get there early and park and enjoy the board walk and when I get there, there was no staff to be found had to call the number on the door and the person was extremely rude. There is also a parking fee which I thought was ridiculous I’m paying hundreds for a night you’d think a parking space would be included like normal hotels

1. The door locked but all you had to do was push to open 2. The room was pretty tidy but not clean 3. The other guest.... it was ungodly loud partying until 3 am :( 4. Staff not on site often or long/ they do not answer the phone.

it smelled like somebody was smoking in the room right next to me, but yet they were smoking outside. The door wasn’t closed or aligned, right the towels were still wet. There was no cups for me to have water brush my teeth didn’t feel safe at all left in the middle of the night. I will never ever stay in a place like that again I would never forget that place. It disgusted me made me feel dirty.

It’s overpriced for what you get. Other than the flexibility with larger families the place is disgusting. None of the doors properly lock even with a deadbolt and the response I get from the owner is “all the rooms are like this brother”. Spend the extra money and stay away from this place. Idk how the township lets this place stay in business. Everything from the towels, bed, shower and couch looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Never again.

When I made the reservation, I booked for five people and requested a deluxe room that supposedly had a Jacuzzi. When I arrived, the room was dirty; the bed was soaked with urine, the towels were wet with bleach, and the bed itself was damaged.My mom fell out of bed because it was broken, and my three children had to sleep in one bed.And I had to go sleep in the car because I had nowhere else to stay.And I had to go to another hotel because we couldn't stay there.The doors didn't lock properly and wouldn't close right, so people could see in through the windows. We kept saying that someone was knocking on our door at 2, 3, and 4 a.m.; we really couldn't feel at ease. The door kept opening on its own—it was the worst experience.

The room was filthy. We had 6 people and reserved a room with 2 full beds and a sleeper sofa. Upon arrival there were 2 beds and a futon laying flat. There were no sheets, pillows, blankets for the futon. There were 2 towels In the room. I returned to the office to ask for additional bedding. The staff brought it to the room and it was unfolded, and left in a heap on the futon. The towels were wet. The sheets on the made beds were wrinkled and covered in hair. It looked like they had been slept in. The sink wouldn’t drain properly and there was sitting water for at least 10 min after running the water. It was horrible. We stayed one night only because when we discovered this all it was 10:30 pm as we had left our bags earlier and staff had dropped off the bedding while we were out.

Garbage piled up outside and all over the parking lot. Bed sheets had marks and stains on them. Floors were gross. TV was jacked up and oldish, stuck on 1 volume setting (loud) cause remote didnt work. Get what you pay for i guess. Never again.

The general area was dirty. The room was dirty. The stove was caked with grease and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I had no hot water in kitchen or bathroom sinks. My air conditioner stopped working for a while. The toilet didn’t flush properly and when I called 2 times to report it no one answered the phone. The best part of my whole stay was the hot water in the shower. When I first turned the water on it didn’t get warm. I finally turned the faucet as if I wanted cold water and that is when i figured out that I had hot water. Check in was 3 pm. I got there at 11:30 and asked if I could park my car there. He said yes for $10. When I went to check in, even though my paperwork said I was paid he said I owed $1 more. Will I go back, absolutely not!!!

We arrived at the motel and was advised that we owed a $2.10 "Resort Fee", ok fine. We paid with a $5 bill but was shorted changed because "that's all the change they had" So needless to say they charged our credit card for $2.10. Then we proceed to our non-smoking room that smelled awful of marijuana and had many burn holes on the blanket on the bed. We called the guy to come to room and see and smell it, mainly so we didn't blamed for it and hoped to get a different room. He said the only other room was a room with 2 beds and we booked a king. We chose to overlook all that and stay in the room. UNTIL we went to go to bed and that's when it got worse. To say the bed was loud is an understatement. I took a video of it to verify the level of noise. Once we got into bed we both rolled to the middle and were unable to roll out. A broken bed is one thing, but these people should be ashamed to take peoples hard earned money and not provide decent accommodations. I travel a lot and can overlook things during my stays, but this hotel was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I don't often write reviews but if I can help 1 person avoid this type of service/accommodation I will be happy.

I don’t usually do reviews but, if I can help others avoid a mistake I will help. Let’s start with the positives. 1: I got there on time, front desk was quick and simple. Negatives❌: 1. Upon entering the room the first thing I noticed was the scent, i don’t know how to describe it but it had an old, moldy odor. 2. The sheets were stained, and when I pointed it out to the front desk person he said it was bleach as if it would be okay to sleep on bleach stained beds anyway. 3. The stove was dirty, the fridge was dirty, the doors and windows were brown with dust and dirt as well as the ac vent, 3. the tv was not a smart tv. 4. The doors are not secure and safe for single female travelers THE WORSE PART Upon entering the bathroom, i was in shock of how dirty and disgusting it looked. The toilet looked dirty, there was a half used tissue waiting for me, the shower had mold! The ceiling was moldy, the shower curtains had stains and mildew, It was really bad! I was offered another room, the guy was super kind. That room was a little tidier, still dirty and mold was also in that ceiling. I left an hour after I checked in. That building needs evaluation.

No one was there when we got there to check in around 4. We had to call a number for the man to tell us hed be there in 15 minutes. Charged an extra fee upon arrive we weren't made aware of. When we booked check in was 3 and check out was 11 when we got there they had a piece of paper on the front desk stating check in was 2 and check out was 10. That should be changed for people booking online. The room was disgusting. Floors not swept, hot tub had other people's hair in it and dirt, the towels that were left in the room for us were STILL WET and the door doesnt lock from the outside. It is broken and all u have to do is push it to open it so we had to keep putting our belongings in the car when we wanted to leave the room. Manager told his hed fix it when we left. Im sure that door still isnt working. They wouldn't give us a new room because it was the only one with a hot tub and if we downgraded theyd owe us money. And no one was there for check out and he wasnt answering his phone.
