We stayed in the budget room which was good for us two travellers walking the coastal path. The room only had a bath which was great for us but not for everyone. The meal we had in the pub was very delicious 😋. We had a great stay with you for a very reasonable price 😀

Lovely place right by the sea with super friendly staff. Parking also with your room and good food. Hotel is what you expect for the price but staff are wonderful. I don’t like electric showers as you can’t get heating right on them. But that’s normal for these older hotels. Would happily stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was reliable and fast enough for streaming. Food was middling (I had fish and chips). Staff were helpful and friendly. 2 mins walk to the beach.

Great location! Room was a very nice size and quite comfortable. Vintage room had lots of character as well as the entire hotel. We stayed for the breakfast and it was quite good, fresh pastries were amazing. The hotel staff did excellent considering they were obviously understaffed for the morning rush!

Choose your room carefully. The comfort plus rooms are at the front looking over the village high street (this is the plus part) and the other rooms overlook each other or the car park and/or the outside terrace. The bar was really nice as is the building and the staff were very good and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay…great location…helpful staff ….nice pub with food downstairs and steps away from other meal options. Only slight negative was that the shower room was very small.

Room was very clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. The location overall would appear to have been recently refurbished. Service in the resteraunt was ok, could have been a little more timely.

Easy to find and easy to park. Lovely helpful staff. This is a huge pub with a night access door which saves having to keep going through the pub. Plenty of outside tables. Comfortable clean room, but no air con. Everything you need with enough plugs including by the bed. The quilt was very heavy and the room was very warm, so it would be good to have a choice of bedding. Our room was at the front on the first floor and was quite noisy. Fabulous cooked to order breakfast with plenty of other options. We enjoyed our stay. There is food available in the pub but there are also lots of eateries in the area.
