「Floor was dirty at check in. Offered a new room but didn't feel like moving after partially unpacking. Desk person came and vacuumed our room. Ice bucket had water in it from previous occupants. Front desk person brought us a new bucket. Room was loud due to highway being right behind hotel. Breakfast was good.」

「Front desk worker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We had a toilet that had plumbing issues and after my daughter flushed it two times it overflowed all over our bathroom. They wouldn’t bring us a plunger and it took over an hour for her to send someone to clean it up. She hung up on my daughter the first time we called and asked for assistance.」

「The staff was very friendly! But for some reason, it takes too long to get checked into this hotel. We stayed there a year ago and it was slow then as well. We had a group of about 10 of us and I was the first one to check in...it took about 15 mins. The room was humid and everything in the room was damp. Most of our group experienced that same issue! Breakfast was not available as supposedly a water main break didn't allow them to have breakfast or even coffee!」
