Beautiful hotel. Wonderful lounge in the lobby and the rooms were large and very comfortable and very clean. It was like a brand new hotel. The amenities looked wonderful although we didn't use them.

Property was clean, well-cared for and plenty of amenities. Staff in lounge was friendly great service and good food; however, we booked a three-night stay and due to a family death had to leave a day early and they were not willing to refund us so we had to pay for a full night that we weren't even there. I'm not sure we will stay with them again.

Nice, clean, modern hotel with a fun, open 1st floor restaurant area. Great rooms, especially the large ones on the corner. One side of the hotel faces Bellevue Town Center, with lots of great restaurant choices. The other faces a greenbelt. Rooms are pristine and modern and have all the appliances to make a long stay easy.

This was a nice weekend stay in Redmond. The hotel is very clean and has a nice aesthetic feel. The staff was friendly and helpful. My main criticisms are about the room, itself. The shower water pressure is pretty low, and although there is a switch between a rainfall head and hand held shower, the flow wasn’t strong enough to make that a meaningful difference. The room is also rather noisy with a loud AC system and refrigerator. Free garage parking was nice, and the bar was fun. Just wish the bar was opened more hours.

The desk team members were all super nice, welcoming, and helpful, as were the gals encountered at the morning coffee stations. Easy check-in and happy to have parking in the garage and reasonable at $15. I will add that I wish our room had been ready when we arrived, since it was after 3pm check-in time, and we needed to get our room settled and us ready for a birthday party by 4pm. Thankfully, we didn't have to wait too long. I would definitely go back!
