Had to change rooms because of broken lamp with wire exposed. Shower head leaked and sprayed the walls and ceiling. Clearly, regular maintenence and room checks do not happen.

The photographer deserves a medal for the impressive boost they gave on the reality. The entire property from the flooded parking lot to the malfunctioning door lock that appeared to have been broken down in the past to the poorly repaired drywall issues showed that it was a shadow of its former self. On the positive side the bed and bathroom were clean and it was the cheapest hotel in the area. You get what you pay for - if you need a few hours of sleep before you get back on the road and aren't looking for anything, this might be an OK option.

The room was clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. Free parking. There is a pool, but is was closed for the season, but it looked very inviting. Unfortunately, free breakfast doesn't start until May 1st (don't know why), so cannot rate that. My only complaint was that, when I arrived, they could not find my reservation, which I made through Expedia. It took nearly an hour and a half for them to sort out the problem, but they eventually resolved the issue and let me in. Since I showed them my confirmation number, it would have been better customer service if they had simply given me the room and sorted out the Expedia problem on their own time.

This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed. The room walls were filthy with stains, writing in the walls and I don't know what else could have been on the walls. The outlets, door handles, controllers, phones, desk and night stand and lamps had dust and dirty marks. The toilet seat had poop stains. The bed sheets seemed clean but the comforter on top did smell horrible

Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family.

The website said the shuttle ran 24 hours, but when we got there, they said it only ran from 7-11 pm. Moreover, they said they offered breakfast, but they did not provide this service either. The rooms were not the cleanest. The first room we had did not have a working shower and the second room had cigarette burns in the bedsheets and dead bugs on the floor. The staff were friendly though and accommodating.
