Hill Top Flat with Parking

Bright, fresh, clean and sunny, our hill top flat is steps from coffee shops, signature restaurants, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, yoga, parks, spas, boutiques, stunning public view lookouts, and a summer farmer's market. We boast a 7 minute drive or bus ride to downtown; the space needle, Pike Place Market, the water front, Amazon and the Gates foundation. On our quiet street/alley there is a private entrance and your own off street parking spot(9.5 ft wide), which is very unique for the area! 95% walk score.

Studio was exactly as pictured, very neat and clean. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. Having free parking was definitely a bonus. Host was super friendly and easy-going, would highly recommend staying here!

It is located in close proximity of Queen Anne neighborhood a a short 5 minute drive to the Space Needle. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Stairs were a bit of a challenge if you don't like stairs. The host was wonderful and very accommodating.

A beautiful experience in Seattle WA

Hill Top is situation so well in Queen Anne Seattle, with a 5 min walk to the delightful little shopping village. Hill top had a private parking space off the street for us . The facilities in the B&B studio accommodation was well equipped and it also gave us privacy. Perfect for a couple . No Laundry facilities. There is only Dry Cleaning facilities in the shopping Village . You will love it

Just Perfect

A basic unit but with everything I could possibly need and very comfortable. Diane went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The Upper Queen Anne neighborhood has the feel of being a town in itself. Smiles everywhere. Highly recommended for a clean, quiet, simple place to stay.

Excellent location, flat and host

The flat was clean and comfortable. In the exact condition as photographed, so no surprises. The location was in a great part of Seattle. Not very touristy but close to great restaurants and little shops. The host was very professional and responsive to questions. Thank you and I look forward to returning.

Great location!

We were able to see much of Seattle with just a little bit of travel. The Queen Anne neighborhood is fantastic. This amazing property allowed us to have a resting spot after each adventure. The host was fantastic and helped us when needed!

Great Flat in a Great Neighborhood

Clean and quiet flat that was well equipped. Unit is above a garage so there are stairs to climb. Parking space is off the alley beside the garage and might be a tight fit for large SUVs or trucks but our RAV4 fit just fine. Walking distance to good restaurants and a Trader Joe’s. The Thursday farmers market was great.

Great location in Queen Anne

This was a fabulous location, walk to great restaurants, cute shops, and a grocery and drug store. Also very convenient for bus service. We took the bus almost every day into downtown Seattle. If you are a senior, it cost only $1 to ride the bus. Well appointed kitchen. Good parking spot right next to door to unit. Beautiful neighborhood. If I ever go back to Seattle, I would stay here.
