Garage: Narrow single-car garage fits small vehicles. 15'max in length; one foot in from the front of the garage has a height clearance of 42.24”. There is a parking pass for street parking for larger or 2nd cars. - The entire townhome is included in this rental with the exception of one locked garage closet. Guests will be granted access to home via a smart lock. Ring camera at the front door.
- Approved pets are $75 each, max of 2
- Lost or not returned parking permit will incur a charge of $100 to replace
- The cleaning fees noted are for short-term stays; cleaning fees for long-term stays will be discussed prior to a confirmation. We will simply pass along the fee the cleaners charge us to have the home brought back to the state it was given; we do not add any fee on top of the cleaners'.
