The home was spacious and clean. There were a lot of stairs but this made for nice separation of spaces. It had all the amenities we needed. Loved the rooftop deck and BBQ! It is on a busy street so we had to get used to the car noises but after a little time this wasn’t an issue. Great proximity to Ballard, Fremont, Interbay, Green Lake and other Seattle areas and sights.

Very clean and functional, we were able to walk up the hill for groceries and dinner at the tavern. Never felt unsafe walking around the neighborhood during the day or in the evening. I enjoyed sleeping on the couch on the 2nd floor with the air conditioner!

Lovely townhouse

We enjoyed our stay! The townhouse is lovely, clean, great kitchen with all we needed. Also a great location for walking (I found Larsen's bakery which was yummy).

Townhouse is lovely, nice high ceilings, very clean, lots of nice little touches (coffee, dog treats, snacks, etc.). Parking spot was great to have. Very comfortable beds.

The townhouse is well built and full of amenities. The coffee, creamer, olive oil, and the chocolate made the morning feel like home. The kitchen is equipped with everything one would need; it is a real kitchen. The king bed was comfortable and the linens were just the right weight for sleep. The rooftop was fabulous with sunrise vistas of mountains to the east and water views to the south. Communication was clear and proactive. It is walkable to breweries, groceries, restaurants, and the Golden Garden Park. We would definitely stay here again. Five stars.

We stayed during a very hot week and appreciated the air conditioning. The kitchen was well stocked. The property is on a main road. This was convenient for travel but the bottom bedroom did have traffic noise. The host was upfront about this which I appreciated. The top floor bedroom was quiet so it worked out fine. There are a lot of stairs which my family found to be very fun!

Easy, spacious, well located, plenty of parking available

My husband and I stayed for five nights while visiting family and friends in Seattle. The townhouse was perfect for our needs. Parking was easy as we were in and out of the house often and found that street parking in front of the unit was plentiful. The bed, linen, blanket and pillows were most comfortable. Highly recommend this multilevel townhouse with loads of comfortable places to lounge.

Great view and all comforts of home

The house was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. The area is good for walking to restaurants and other needs but out of the hubbub of central Seattle. On-site parking definitely a bonus!

Seattle Family Visit

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There were 3 adults for the duration of the stay in town to visit other family members. The property owner was extremely helpful and communicative regarding the property. The property was excellent. Exceptionally clean and in a great location!!

Great view great location!

Spectacular view from the roof terrace. Easy check-in and plenty of street parking. Street was louder than anticipated but didn’t impact our stay. Perfect location for a friend’s wedding in Ballard.

Weekend getaway with friends

Great neighborhood and new home with fully stocked pantry and all the amenities you need. Even had earplugs and white noise machines in the 2 bedrooms! Easy check in and easy communication with host . Wonderful place to stay , would highly recommend!

Comfy and Clean

We had a great stay in this townhome. We and our in-laws were in town for a wedding and stayed here. The home is set up perfectly; the two bedrooms (with ensuite baths) were at opposite ends of the townhome, so privacy was never an issue. The place is definitely worth staying in and I would definitely recommend it.

Easy location to enjoy Ballard/Seattle area

We had two events, one in Burien and one in Ballard. This location had easy parking and entrance from the street side, also in the back. Separate living areas enabled private sleeping and one communal area to enjoy
