Convenient for attending a UW Football game, However, the cleanliness was not great. Window shades were broken, limited kitchen utensils, no fitted sheets on the beds and shower door wouldn’t close.. We got lucky with finding a parking spot.

There is No parking. There is NO Air conditioning, There is NO coffee, Towels are Small and trashy, There are no Waste baskets or garbage cans in the room And the cost would suggest that these items exist....most people renting a room in this price range expect these basic things. It should be advertised that they aren't included because once you have rented the room and find out these things aren't in existence, you feel that you have been ripped off.

This was the worst check In process I have ever encountered. Do not expect to park anywhere close. We walked a mile to the hotel. The listing states there is public parking close by. This is not true.

Nice studio apartment

This was a quick trip. The room is a studio apartment in a new apartment building. Note that NO parking options are provided so street parking is your only option. Fortunately, this apartment is on a fairly safe street.

Someone Already Inhabiting My Room

I checked into this apartment-hotel using the instructions of obtaining the fob and key code and when I opened the door to my room, there was already someone there inhabiting the room, like living there. I went downstairs to the lobby to see if someone could help me but there was no one there. I had to call hotels.com and was on the phone for an hour to get a refund and book a new hotel at 9 pm at night. I think this apartment-hotel may be a scam.

Step it up! Seattle needs good condo accommodation

I’ve stayed here a few times. The first couple of times were fine. The last time I stayed here there was no garbage can, paper towels, hot pads, kitchen towels, sponge, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Minimum basics of condo short stay needs. The toilet clogged on the second day and nobody responded. There was no plunger in the unit. This time, still no kitchen supplies, but there was a random bottle of dandruff shampoo and only 1 partial roll of toilet paper. There’s no AC and no fan. My unit was 85° the entire time. The only window opens about 6". There’s a sliding glass door that opens, but the screen door wouldn’t close all the way. Thankfully I was on the 6th floor because I had to sleep with the door open. This stay was miserable. I did meet one of the lovely maintenance personnel on my way out. He assured me he would pass on my frustrations. Fingers crossed. It’s a great location that feels safe-ish (Seattle). There’s groceries within walking distance. I WANT this place to be my go to for my frequent work travel, it just keeps failing.

The location relative to UW is great. We were moving our son to school from out of state so we were looking for a room with plenty of space to put things before the move in day. That was the positive. The room we got was very different than the picture and description. We understand that there would be a difference since they had over ten rooms so they may not be exactly alike but our room was similar to a hotel room. There was also no parking. This information came after we reserved the room, but when asked on where we can find parking they did not respond. The room and facility was very poor. We had mold in the shower, the towels were small and thin (like shop towels), someone else's body wash was still in the bathroom, with a hair on it, the beds did not have mattress pads and no flat sheets, the closet had other peoples clothes, used towels still hanging there, We contacted the host several times but we did not hear back. We wanted to use the kitchen but with the dirtiness described this made us hesitate on using the pots/pans/utensils/etc. We bought paper plates and plastic utensils ourselves. The roof area was completely abandoned. Plants were dead and the furniture were broken. We tried to cancel using Expedia's help but they couldn't get in touch with the host either. Overall, this place was completely misrepresented.
