Four of the bedrooms are also considerately furnished with a desk and chair, providing an ideal space for any home business or work-from-home activities. Our bathrooms are well-appointed with fresh towels and essential toiletries, ensuring that your bathing needs are met with convenience and care.
There are two separate kitchen on each floors. Each kitchen is fully stocked with a comprehensive selection of utensils, cookware, servingware, and even spices, along with a convenient coffee machine.
There are smaller washer and dryer unit on the upper floor, while the main washer and dryer is located in the garage and is a shared area with our maintenance team.
Disclosure:
• Please note that the upper floor and lower floor can be booked separately through separate listings.
Guest Access:
• The entire house, both upper and lower levels: the check-in will be done through door keypad. Details will be provided following your booking confirmation.
• Garage (shared space): the main laundry (washer and dryer) is located in the garage, accessible from the first floor. Please note that the garage is a common/shared space and under 24-hour video surveillance.
• The entire backyard space.
Other things to note:
• QUIET HOURS: Please be considerate of our neighbors. No loud noises allowed especially between 10pm to 8am. STRICTLY ENFORCED and penalty may apply!
• No Smoking Policy: this is a completely smoke-free house. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• No Parties/Events Policy: strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine).
• Pricing: we utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Maintenance: vendors (e.g. landscaper) may stop by to conduct work on exterior spaces. They will not be allowed in the home without guests’ prior permission.
