This peaceful, single-level home with minimal steps offers a rare blend: the serenity of a private garden retreat, right in the heart of Seattle. Located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, it’s walking distance to the Washington Park Arboretum and Japanese Garden, minutes from Lake Washington, under 10-minute drive to UW and Husky Stadium, and just a 15-minute drive to the energy of downtown.

Inside, the home is filled with natural light and warmth, featuring central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a large picture window overlooking a beautifully landscaped front yard. A row of Italian cypress trees creates a natural privacy wall, shielding the home from the quiet street and offering a lush green view framed by flowering plants and shrubs. French doors off the dining area open to a private backyard deck with lounge seating—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, perfect for preparing meals with ease and pleasure. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay! The home is immaculate, safe, roomy, on a quiet street, and has some thoughtful touches that really elevated the stay. There was ample street parking and is next door to the arboretum. We would stay at the property again in a heartbeat.
