We had the best day at The Pineapple Hotel! We were excited to find our room to be decorated for our daughter‘s 13th birthday (thanks to Tia), the beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. We found the front desk staff to be welcoming, kind, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, the A/C worked great, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was smaller than we expected and there’s no hot tub, but the kids absolutely loved it. The American breakfast plates were generously portioned—three were enough to feed our whole family (4 kids and 2 adults), which was a nice bonus. The decor was cute and the overall vibe of the place was warm and welcoming.
