The space
**01/25: We've heard your suggestions and have given the studio a brand new MAKEOVER!

Comfort is our first priority, so we've ditched the sleeper sofa bed for a proper Queen with a high quality, super comfy mattress. (The bed is cuter too!)
We've torn up the old carpet and replaced with ALL NEW wood panel flooring. Your experience matters most to us - we hope you enjoy!

This studio is perfectly located and though it is very compact, has all you need to enjoy the many restaurants & beach activities a mere ½ block away.
ESPECIALLY with the newly installed built in Air conditioning and Heating inverter.

Tucked away off the street with its own gated private patio entrance, this compact studio is SMALL but COMPLETE with a Queen size bed with a Green Tea mattress, plus FULL BATH and mini-kitchen with a real stove and oven.

The studio is 200 steps from the beach, on the ground floor of a modern architect-designed townhome, completely separated from the upstairs living space (also available to rent) by a double-keyed deadbolt door.

This apartment is perfect for one person or a couple who want to explore Seattle and all it has to offer, or just chill at the beach.

The unit is very private, but please note there is a separate unit upstairs so you can sometimes hear activity from the people above. If that would bother you, this might not be your ideal spot.

There is no dedicated parking but street parking is free.

Guest access
Electronic lock with keypad allows 24-hour access, with an additional combination lockbox with key as backup.
Other things to note
Our Smart TV provides access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming channels for you to login to and access.

Essential amenities are provided: soap, shampoo, blow dryer, etc. There is no washer/dryer on premises, but a laundromat is just up the hill, a free shuttle ride away. Please note that the Queen bed is the only bed in the unit.

Parking is on the street which is free and has no restrictions but can get crowded on a sunny weekend day.

Also please be aware that the upstairs of the townhome is a separate rental and you may hear sounds from the upstairs unit. We can provide silicone ear plugs upon request but If you are very sensitive to sounds and it would bother you this may not be the right place for you.

Guests in the upstairs unit DO NOT have access to your ground floor studio just as you do not have access to their space upstairs.

If you need a larger space, it's possible combine the studio with the upstairs unit and rent the entire home (3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths) if the schedule allows.
