This is an older historical home with charm. There is no air conditioning and the home will not be renovated and updated despite what reviewers would like to request. If you need a renovated home with updated amenities I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am including weekends. Absolutely no parties allowed. No smoking of any kind. Please clean up after your pets. Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.

While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

We offer a grill in the backyard for your use; however, please note that propane is at your own expense.
