“It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”

“Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. ”

“AVOID THIS LISTING. The apartment shown in the listing is not what I turned up to. It was a completely different place.. It was filthy, smelt badly of bleach, bathroom was mouldy. I turned up and left straight away and booked somewhere else. When trying to communicate with the host for a full refund I received no reply and the phone number went straight to voicemail Avoid this scam listing at all costs! I’m now down because of this.”

“Good location. Unfortunately the front door would not unlock so we couldn’t get into the building for an hr and a half and only because somebody else was going in - not a good start to the weekend. 25 minute walk into town. Parking is hit and miss as there are alot of cars around. Room was a nice size and adequate for what we needed. Mattress was a bit soft so not to my liking but comfortable. No milk unfortunately but when I contacted the host he brought some to us. Tv does not have basic free……
