“I would like to preface my review by saying that we did receive a partial refund from the owners. This review is meant to bring awareness & people deserve to know what they could possibly be walking into. We hope the issues have been addressed. We're a family of 51 pup. We assumed the yard was on a pest control schedule, as it is advertised as a pet friendly home. While in the backyard, our one yr old pup was covered in fleas. We had to give him a bath w/flea & tick shampoo & treat w/Advantus.……

“Really great house in a very quiet neighborhood! Had everything we needed and was very clean! Appreciate the promptness of communication with the host. The only downside for us was the mattress in the master bedroom, which was extremely firm. Some guests may love that level of support, but we prefer our mattresses to have at least a little forgiveness. Maybe a foam mattress topper would help. ”

“Property was very clean and a great size. The owner has taken great care to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. renovations are great. New appliances and great showers/bathrooms. The location was easy for us to move from Van buren to Fort Smith. Neighborhood safe . Would stay again. Duong was extremely responsive to any questions. I could not access the 5th star as it should be a 5 star rating. If VRBO can update our review, please do so.”
