“Unfortunately the pool screening was missing in roof and the pool had bugs along with outdoor seating area. One thing i look for in a rental is enclosed pool. Had to know about it as screen was no where to be seen.Washing machine does not work properly. Also something they should have known. Dont they wash the linens there.Handle on sliding door to get to pool also broken.This was my second time at this property this year and it needs some fixes. I will probably look elsewhere next trip.”

“The host was very helpful but there were issues the moment we walked through the door. Not enough towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bath for 8 people, alarm system going off, and dishes were dirty. Nothing to wash kitchen items with (sponge) Super kid friendly thankfully. Playpen which was needed was broken. Pool issues but host agreed to refund fee charges for heating as pool company had to come out to fix. ”

“I really appreciated the clean covers on the couch, the beach towels for our use, the laundry area was pristine and quality. The couches were comfortable and chairs for evenings after a beach day. The view is greeting you everywhere you go in this unit. There is construction, we were well aware. The master bedroom is huge, would love a master bathroom in that room. This area feels safe, pretty quiet and clean. East Coast living does a great job dealing with anything that comes up. The pool was……

“The location of the property was amazing and we enjoyed walks on the beach and finding lost of seashells. The condo was very clean although a little dated still, mainly the bathrooms. Some of the furniture is older and I believe should be updated. The pool was warm the first day but I don't know if the heater was on the 2nd day because it was pretty cool when I went in.
