「This house was perfect. Clean, had everything you can think of! I mean, even reader glasses(which I use) in the game nook. Bikes, baby stuff. They thought of everything! The inky reason why I gave location/neighborhood 4 stars is bc the house directly across the street looked like they out an entire house worth of trash on the lawn. But this house was immaculate. The communication and accommodations by the host, Julie was excellent. Highly recommend. 」

「The owner was good with communication. We ran out of TP and she brought some right over to us. Nice but minimally furnished. There is no blender that i saw. Dishes were minimal. No serving/mixing bowls baking dishes etc. I was surprised that a property that promotes its coastal location did not have any beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella). Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency...

「This is a cute/ cozy two bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen! It does not look like much from the outside but inside is completely remodeled. The shower is new and the water pressure is excellent. Full washer and dryer are good for people that need to stay longer than a couple of days. The owner is very responsive and lives right down the street! We will be back! 」

「The house was as advertised - warm, cozy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Sadly, our stay was very brief as we had to end it after just two days for a personal reason. The owner’s integrity is commendable in that he refunded us the unused portion of our rental price without any qualms. No such consideration from VRBO who retained 100% of their fee. Contractually, they are of course entitled to that but anytime a company takes one’s hard earned money without having provided a viable service it...
