quiet getaway

Fully stocked for cooking and things to do with the kids. To fully enjoy this we all need a few more days.

The place is great. Definitely felt welcoming and kid/family friendly. Lots of supplies and tools and toys for for eating and having a great time. No A/C upstairs was a real bummer. Was baking upstairs. But overall, great. Note that the management company — Vacasa — SUUUUUCKS tho. Not helpful, not informative, poor communication. (I asked to have the pool heated and they told me I needed to get an app to control the pool heater, without any instructions on how, but also charged me 200 per DAY! like what?! So yeah, good job on the house poor job on the management company.

Wonderful Retreat

This home is in a really beautiful private area. The backyard is really nice with the pool, hot tub and seating areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen appliance you can think of and everything was very clean.

Fabulous

unfortunately no wine bottle opener - had to make a trip back into town to buy one. It's WINE country!!! The as advertised fire pit - worked only about 5 minutes - the tank out of gas. Disappointed. Beautiful home, and garden and pool area - quiet - I live in Santa Rosa so close and we loved it.

Beautiful home, terribel communication with VRBO and pool wasnt useable for over half the time we we

Im not even sure where to begin. There was a propane leak which we didnt find out until after 24 hrs we were there. The nest carbon monoxide alarms were going off at night, but didnt make any noise, they would go on anytime we would move in the beds so we just thought it was an annoying nigjt light. The pool top wouldnt open until after someone came to fic it FOR FIVE HOURS and we only ended up having 1, of the 3 days i rented the house to use it.the hot tub got warm finally on the last evening we were there. The other thing is the pool guy showed up un announced on a day he wasnt supposed to be there, he was very rude and strange. He wouldnt gwt out of the car and i had to tap on the windoe to get him to even talk to me. That was when we were all in our bikinis trying to actually finally enjoy the pool. Then i know this isnt the houses fault, but a ups truck with 2 men on the last night we were there, dropped off 2 HUGE boxes that were very heavy, infront of the gate! Side by side, totally blocking the obvious 4 cars in! I tried to talk to a manager and left many messages in the VRBO about the complaints and what the hell was going on with everything. I wanted some sort of refun for everything. It took 3 days AFTER we left the house to finally talk to someone and after 2 hrs on the phonr i got a a partial refund. And upon further inspection of reviews we saw this wasnt the first complaint of the propain tank leak. It was a very beautiful house but ive been using VRBO and for
