POOL AND HOT TUB
The newly built heated pool includes a 6 foot baja shelf and in-pool loungers. The pool has a retractable automatic pool cover that helps with safety and heat retention, especially overnight. The solar heating set temperature can be adjusted using a remote, however the ultimate temperature depends on the amount of sunlight during a particular day.
OUTSIDE
The outdoor space is the ultimate wine country retreat, complete with new covered, heated pool, hot tub, vine covered pergola, outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and new Neapolitan wood fired pizza oven. Enjoy plenty of seating, cushioned chairs and loungers, and a large outdoor table for 10.
ORCHARD AND GARDEN BEDS
The property is full of fruit trees of all varieties that you can pick when in season, including Gravenstein & Pippin apples, plums, apple pears, cherry trees and more. In the garden beds, you can usually find herbs, vegetables and strawberries growing.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
The dining room has a modern Oak dining table that seats 8 people with views of the outdoor area, apple trees and pool. The living room has a wood burning fireplace two, a large flat screen TV for a cozy night stay, and two Design Within Reach sofas that fold out to full size beds for extra sleeping.
KITCHENS (INDOOR & OUTDOOR)
The indoor kitchen has a gas range and oven, microwave, Specialty Coffee 10-cup coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, dishwasher, and a Smeg water kettle. The outdoor kitchen is a few steps from the dining room. Upon entering, you’re greeted with views of the pool, apple trees, and gorgeous Neopolitan wood fired pizza oven custom built by the local Healdsburg company Mugnaini.
BEDROOMS (2)
Both bedrooms feature a queen bed with luxury white sheets, duvets, and pillows. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV, desk, plenty of closet space, wood ceiling, and blackout shades.
BATHROOMS (1.5)
In the main house, there`s a newly remodeled full bathroom with stand-up shower. In the entertainment barn, there`s a separate half bath.
ENTERTAINMENT BARN
The barn is a completely separate 800 sqf unit. It includes an air hockey table, pro dart board, 100` streaming projector and wet bar.
FOR YOUNG KIDS
The house has the UPPAbaby Remi Playard travel crib and high chair. For safety, the pool has an automatic pool cover.
SOLAR AND EV CHARGING
The house has solar panels powering most of the electrical, and backup battery rack to partially power the home during any outages. The pool is solar heated. There’s also a Tesla charger in the garage, plus a NACS (Tesla) to J1772 Charging Adapter for compatible EVs (Rivian, Chevy Volt, etc).
ECO CLEAN
Our home is professionally cleaned from top to bottom between each guest. Our cleaners use enhanced disinfection on high-touch areas, including; doorknobs, light switches, hand railings, countertops, appliance handles and knobs, toilet seats and toilet handles, and tabletops.
