"Staff was absolutely wonderful. They should definitely keep them around. What I didn’t like however, was having to go across the street to the Tides restaurant for my continental breakfast when the facility has a kitchen. I also didn’t like the fact there was no microwave in my room and the one for communal use, was very old and of poor quality. The microwave was also located in the laundry room.
The facility was very quiet after 10 PM which was nice. The view was somewhat limited, but you could see the ocean. The pool facility, although I did not use it, looked really nice and also had a large hot tub.
Lastly, if you’re going to provide a bottle of wine with the room, provide one of better quality, which would not have been difficult. The wine they provided was just straight up cheap and retailed for less than $8 dollars a bottle, so imagine what they probably paid for it. I’m a local and was on a staycation. I would hate to think people from out of the area think that’s the best Sonoma county can do given our reputation as wine country. Seriously, I literally will not cook with the wine provided, let alone drink it."
