Secluded Cabin in the Woods, near Carolina Horse Park and Valkyrie Sporthorses

This small cozy cabin is secluded and very much in the woods, approximately 0.6 of a mile off NC Hwy 211, between Raeford NC and Aberdeen NC, down an unpaved road. Enjoy peace and quiet and communing with nature. Not far from Carolina Horse Park, (3.3 miles). Dreamville MX (11 miles ),Pinehurst NC, (16.miles), Aberdeen NC (9 miles), Southern Pines NC, (11miles), Raeford NC, (9 miles). Fayetteville NC, (29 miles). The cabin is small, but but will sleep three people comfortably. It has a queen size bed, a full length sofa (not a sofa bed), and a twin size electric blow up mattress.

The host met me when I missed a turn and escorted me to the cabin. He explained everything, gave me a tour, and has a wonderful personality. The cabin is very private, clean, and so cozy. I loved it! The area was proper, too. The cabin was stocked with utensils, dishes, soap, and just about everything you need when you prepare meals. It was a great way to ring in the new year! Thanks!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the cabin. As soon as we walk in it feels like home. The cabin is rustic with modern appliances. It has everything you need. It is secluded and quite. We really enjoy sitting on the porch drinking our coffee and watching nature.

What a wonderful property. Perfect for getting away from it all during a very busy weekend competing in the Junior North American Field Hunter Championship. Location is minutes from the Horse Park and offers solitude, yet easy access for night checks. The cabin was immaculately clean and had every thing that you could need without being overcrowded in any way. We used an incredibly comfortable air mattress that is available for an extra bed for my son, main bed was comfortable, sheets & towels super. Communication with the owner was seamless and he was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful place set back in the woods which brings peace and quiet after a busy day at the Horse Park! This is my first stay here but I plan to be back! Very clean and comfortable. The perfect getaway

We stayed here while attending Carolina Horse Park. Don’t let the drive to the house make you second guess anything, because it’s a well worth it. This was the cleanest home we have booked and the owner made sure if we needed anything that he was available. You can’t hear any cars. You’re literally in the woods and it’s so peaceful after being surrounded by the business and chaos of the day. We will definitely be returning for future stays.

If you are looking for a secluded, quite cabin then this is the spot to go. It was just what my husband and I were looking for! Host is very friendly. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Definitely will be back for another weekend alone!
