I went to the office and asked if I could pay for another night and they told me because I booked through third-party that they were requiring me to check out at 11 and then come back and check in again at three. “Everything is disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, no smoke detectors in the rooms, the doors barely have a lock and look like they’ve been broken into before, smoke holes in the sheets, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, everything smelled like smoke and mildew, random pieces of wood left in the room, pieces of the wall have been ripped off or there’s holes in the wall, I could keep going on. Only stay here if you need a cheap last resort bed to sleep on.”

No sé si es falta de mantenimiento a los aires o deben poner algo de olor. Pero de todas manera lo recomiendo y estoy satisfecha.”

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with your family. When we arrived, we discovered that part of the hotel appeared to be housing individuals through a government-supported temporary housing program. This was never disclosed before we made our reservation. During our stay, there were people outside smoking, drinking, and arguing with hotel staff. There was also active construction on the property, which added to the noise and overall uncomfortable……
