Very clean and down home. Loved the decorations. The only thing I did not like was that we couldn't stay longer. The Bishop's were real nice and friendly. If i had a question or couldn't figure something out they were quick to respond and willing to help. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be renting……

“This property is close enough to civilization yet far enough away to unplug, unwind, and relax. The most outstanding feature of the property by far is the porch. Rain or Shine you will spend the majority of your time on the porch. During the day, you relax on the porch, reading, catching up on tv, or just listening to nature. At night you retreat to the basement master suite get into your suit and head for the hot tub which is directly below the porch. You relax in the tub, watch some tv,……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful and well-maintained property, and the host was very responsive to any questions. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the living space was a perfect size for our group of 12 people. The only issue for us was that the driveway and entry steps are (unavoidably) steep, which made getting in and out a little difficult for my parents, who are in their 80s. Otherwise, it was an excellent choice!”

“The property is located on a heavily wooded site and is close to an area that looks over the valley. The house is laid out well and is comfortable. We have stayed there a few times attending horse competitions in Rainsville and it’s convenient.”

One suggestion, since we were forced inside by the weather, we were very uncomfortable due to the condition of the furnishings in the living area. Everything else is as described in listing. Loved the seclusion and privacy, nice fishing cabin.”
