「Our recent family vacation in Romania was enjoyable, with a well-appointed apartment in a pleasant area. However, we observed a discrepancy in the advertised amenities, specifically the inclusion of a pool that was not available.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was cleaned regularly. The location is great. In the room there were little amenity packs such as sewing kits, toiletries and a shoe sponge. We found this to be a lovely little detail and it came in so so handy! Overall it’s a great hotel with a lovely atmosphere, definitely recommend as for the price they go above and beyond!!」

「We stayed at The Line Hotel for one night, mainly because we needed to be close to the coach station, and for that purpose it worked well. The hotel has a slightly pompous, showy style to it, but overall it was comfortable and did the job for a short stay. The surrounding area isn’t particularly attractive at the moment, as there are ongoing works on the train lines, so the immediate environment feels a bit unfinished. That said, we genuinely appreciated how quiet the hotel itself was,...

「There is no pool ,other residents thought there was one aswell but told by every one there ,no pool onsite we ended up going swimming out which was expensive but worth it also ,apartment was amazing perfect for family's enjoyed our stay on」

「An excellent place. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy communication with the owners. Clear entry instructions. Easy walk from a big supermarket (Lidl) and a great bar for food and drink (Weiss Bar). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!」

「The apartment itself was amazing, great view, clean and tidy. I had to ask 3 times for a roll out bed before we arrived as although the booking always for 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a 14 year old girls and 8 year old boy so sharing a double sofa bed wasn’t appropriate. The neighbourhood it sits in doesn’t have much around. It’s a little way away from the centre which we didn’t mind when we booked. The issue we did have was that a lot of Ubers refused to take us anywhere as there was 4 of us....

「The landlord was very helpful, responsive, and clear when resolving issues. While the cleaning team acted quickly to rectify initial problems, the property wasn't in ideal shape upon check-in—there was a strong food odor, table runners very shabby, buildup in the shower, rusted fixtures, and broken plastic items. The swift follow-up was appreciated, but the initial clean and bathroom maintenance could certainly be improved.」

「The apartment is a nice modern room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good quality furnishings. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood and a fair walk from local amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. The mention of a pool (emphasized in photographs) and fitness center are misleading. They are not on site but a 10 minute walk away and payable as extra. As a result I did not use them.」
