The home looked just like the pictures — comfortable bed, fluffy towels, everything you need to cook dinner, a fenced backyard for our dog, Ed, and great water pressure in the shower were some of the highlights we truly appreciated. “Mr Rolando was excellent with communication! Had an issue with VRBO sending mixed messages on whether or not payment was received. He was patient with me & my concerns. When we got there, my friend needed the WiFi password to get some work done on his laptop. One text to Rolando & I had the password & an offer to use a laptop & printer @ the property if needed?!The cons: the floor in the kitchen leans towards the sink & the fridge leans due to this. It is an older house on a crawl space so it……

“The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. ”
