We had a pleasant stay here. We loved that the room had a fridge, microwave, and outdoor seating area. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very welcoming. Savanna at the front desk was very sweet and gave us tips for Sedona. This hotel is about a 30min drive to Sedona.

This was a family run Inn. I could tell that the owners have a lot of pride in their property. Everything was clean and decorated very nicely. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful! The free breakfast was nice and there were lots of snacks and drinks available and affordable! The location is in a small country community which I really liked. The location was also very close to Sedona and the various hikes and sites we wanted to visit. The Tv was old-school with lots of DVD's available to check out and watch, which my granddaughter loved! I would definitely stay there again!!!

We stayed for six nights and greatly enjoyed the place. The staff is very good, the room was clean and quiet, and the location is excellent. It is far enough off the interstate to be in a quiet mostly residential neighborhood, but close enough to have easy access to many things in the Sedona- Verde Valley area. There are enough restaurants nearby to have good food options. Breakfast is continental (cereal, fruit, bagels, sweet rolls, etc). But you can buy things out of the refrigerator cabinet to add to that (I bought hard boiled eggs each day = at 2 for a dollar!). They also have a lot of snack options you can buy at about the same price you'd pay at the grocery store. There are enough options so you can eat a simple dinner in your room or put a picnic together, which we did a couple of times. They have a DVD library there too. The staff knows the area well and steered us to nearby points of interest. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Beaver Creek Inn FAR exceeded my expectations!!!! The room, 2 queens, was huge, vey clean. Refrigerator, AC, worked beautifully. The staff were very helpful, polite. The breakfast room was actually a breakfast room, tables and chairs, very clean, well organized. I have no hesitations in recommending this Inn. An excellent option to the high cost of Sedona, about 1/2 hr to the more popular trails.

1 ⭐ – Misleading listing and frustrating experience This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays we’ve had because key policies were not clear at the time of booking. We arrived in the evening with young children and were caught off guard by the 9 PM front desk closure. While this may be mentioned in a same-day email, it is not clearly presented when booking—when guests are actually making their decision. We were also charged extra for our children despite the listing stating that children under 12 stay free. We were told this depends on how the booking is made, but that distinction was not clearly disclosed upfront. The “free continental breakfast” was extremely limited (one small item per person, monitored), which did not match reasonable expectations. Lastly, there was constant loud noise from the room above, and when we reached out, no one responded. Due to these issues, we left early and did not stay the second night. Overall, the experience did not match the listing, and policies that affect your stay should be clearly stated at booking—not after.

Very spacious and clean room with wonderful beds. Quiet location close to attractions away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona, but close enough to that town if one wanted to go there. Would stay there again if I ever go back to that area. Nearby Rimrock Coffee Co. is a must-visit coffee shop.

This hotel is a gem hidden away in an older residential area. Be prepared that it is not on the river as pictures indicate. However, it’s a very clean hotel with up to date rooms. Breakfast was continental with many cereal, bagel, coffee, & fruit options. Also had many snacks & treats available for purchase for almost nothing and available 24/7. If you are looking for an inexpensive but safe & clean place to sleep on your travels, this place is highly recommended. Not much to do on site, but they do offer dozens of free movies of all genres. Perfect place to stay if you plan to site-see and do excursions during the days. We did an amazing Sedona tour day 1 (38 min drive to our departure place); Out of Africa Wildlife Park day 2 (12 min drive from hotel); and Montezuma Well, Castle, etc day 3 (all within 15 min away). There are a few restaurants within 10 miles of hotel. We chose to drive 11 min to the Casino for dinners because they have 3+ restaurant options inside (plus bowling & gambling option). Very easy to navigate every place we went with minimal traffic! Only thing I would change is bring my own pillow. Note: El Patio Mexican food is a few miles away and great. Robbies American food too.

Stayed 3 days then back for 5 days. Its a half hour to cottonwood or to Sedona. Nice room at a good price. A/C works. Nice bed and bedding. Good size rooms. Decent breakfast options. Great staff. Our 3rd year staying here. Looking forward to next year as well.
