Relaxing Vacation Stay

We booked 4 nights and loved every minute. The views were impressive, the home had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing. The owners left detailed instructions which answered all of our questions. A great time for our Sedona holiday. Hope to be back again!

Beautiful view and ideal location

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay on Hillside Ct. The view was amazing and the location was quiet but convenient for all our day trips. House was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked (although it could use a better wine opener!). The view was magnificent, exactly as pictured. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Sedona

This house was perfect for our family. It is well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to hiking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The views were stunning, especially watching the sunrise against Sedona’s breathtaking backdrop. Communication with Peter was easy and he very helpful. Highly recommend this as a perfect Sedona getaway!

What a view

The place is amazing. Great views, perfect size. We cooked one night everything works and the hot tub was great! Views are stunning. If you want to stay in Sedona I strongly suggest the west side for easy access to everything and this place is perfect.

comfortable and beautiful view

The view is beautiful, we spent lots of time sitting on the couch looking at the lovely view of the mountain. The home is quiet and has everything we need. Safeway is just 5 minutes away; the beds are comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future when the weather is bit cooler.

Our family had the opportunity to take a rare family vacation and the accommodations were perfect! We enjoyed our time together yet everyone had their own space. Location provided many opportunities to hike and visit town. We will not forget this trip!

The property was lovely. Clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent view of Red Rocks. Susan and Peter were very easy and flexible with communication. LOVED all the resources, magazines, books about the hikes. Made it much easier to choose our hikes. Would return!

Wonderful Experience

Let me start by saying that the view is amazing! Photos online dont do it justice. Private, convenient location (10 minutes to everything). Host is super accommodating. Great kitchen to cook a holiday meal.

Beautiful home with beautiful view

We stayed for 5 nights as a base camp for out outdoor adventures and it suited us perfectly. The living area is perfect for winding down after a hike. The moon rise was perfectly framed by the front window in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and the radiant heat in the bathroom floors were absolutely amazing. The hot tub was also a huge plus for helping the recovery process and soothing sore muscles. Hopefully this house will be available for our next Sedona experience.

The photos do not fully convey this home's spectacular views or inviting interior . The expansive vistas of Little Sugarloaf, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, etc. from the living room, dining room, kitchen and deck are stunning and inspiring. The home has been updated to a high standard and offers stylish comfort in a private and peaceful setting. Thank you to Peter and Susan for their responsiveness and for sharing this beautiful home. We highly recommend the Modern Hillside Home and would definitely stay here again.
