Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. Amazing views in Uptown Sedona

We loved this property. It was incredibly clean and very well-appointed. The views and location are just incredible. We walked to Uptown for dinner and shopping. The layout is also wonderful for families. Phenomenal great room and kitchen. We didn't use the pool because the temps were cold, but it was still relaxing just sitting in the sun on the beautiful pool deck. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Wonderful home in great location

We had the perfect stay!! Spectacular views all around! Could see the sunrise and sunset over the mountains. Home was immaculate and decorated nicely. Everything was thought of down to every last detail. Only recommendation to the owner would be to have a tankless water heater. There were only 3 of us and every evening we had to wait a long time between taking showers.

Together Again!

Gorgeous home and property. Location, views, the home itself were all wonderful. Could not have asked for a better place to gather my family for a wonderful and relaxing reunion. Better than the Four Seasons! All 5 stars except the on-line listing accuracy. Patio umbrellas were advertised but not available. We will stay here again when our travels lead us back to Sedona!

Sedona Uptown Home-Spectacular!

This home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. Beautiful both inside and out! Bonus…Very close to town. A perfect place to kick back and relax after exploring amazing Sedona. We would definitely stay here again! If you choose this property bring an eye mask to sleep in the master bedroom. A little bright as one window blinds are set at half way to take in the beautiful views. Sliding doors to pool have blinds but sliding doors out to side porch has no blinds so can be a little bright…other than that it’s the perfect place to stay! We absolutely loved it!

Incredible!

The photos do not do this place justice. It is gorgeous! We loved the walkable location, privacy and views. We spent the first week of August week here with our adult daughters. We hiked every morning and spent the afternoons relaxing by the pool. If you want to hike trails, there is a trailhead in the neighborhood that you can easily walk to and the other trails are all within a 10 minute drive. There was a Red Rock parking pass available for guest use, which we used daily to park at the trailheads. As for groceries, restaurants and shopping, it is all either a short 1/4 mile down the hill or a brief drive. The grocery stores that we went to included Safeway, Whole Foods or Natural grocers. There is a binder in the house which contained information about the house, checkout and information about trails, restaurants shopping, etc. It was very helpful. Overall, our stay was wonderful!

Perfect Sedona Retreat!

This home oozes comfort, convenience and quiet! We enjoyed the beautiful spaces- both gathering and private. The patios were perfectly spaced to enjoy the views and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities! The neighborhood was quiet and safe which added to relaxed atmosphere. And the pool- perfect for the warm Sedona afternoons! Nothing lacking at this home!

Family week in Sedina

The House of Views was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious, well appointed, clean and centrally located. The pool was ideal for the end of the day, and the kitchen & indoor/outdoor dining made the trip a perfect family get away.

Spectacular in Sedona

This property proved to be much more than we expected. The open floor plan, decorating, awesome pool and location made this trip out west for my family of 5 the our most memorable. We had a packed schedule of hikes and events and we would then come back to this special house to swim and cook and share stories, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay anywhere in Sedona.

We had such a nice time at this amazing house. Every window gave a different view. Location is great- walk to town or drive no more than 20 min to popular hikes. They thought of everything that you’d need. Do not hesitate to book- you won’t regret it!!

Amazing Property - Wanted to give 5 Stars

Property was amazing!! Would love to have given 5 stars except for a couple items... 1. Checkout instructions advised "Please take all trash out of the home and place in the trash can on the property or the community collection site" - for what we paid to rent the property and the cleaning service that was coming in after, a bit shocked that we actually had to empty all the trash from the house. 2. Most disappointing was the lack of transparency on the heating of the pool. For $150/day, you would think the "heated" temperature would have been shared. The heated temp was no higher (fixed temp) than 82 degrees, which we learned only after asking on Day 2 of our stay. Daily it would start around 78 degrees. An extra 4 degrees of temperature for $150/day seems completely unreasonable. Plus, I was charged a full day on the day of check-in, which is not until 4pm.

Amazingly fabulous

This is a beautiful home with incredible views of the magnificent scenery. The property manager has thought of every detail to make procedures and access to amenities simple. I can not say enough about this home and Sedona. Every room is so tastefully decorated and is perfect for catching a sunrise, sunset, or anytime in between! .

Absolutely perfect!

This house is beautiful and worth every penny. The owners have thought of everything and their detailed instructions were so helpful. Our family of 4 (including two college-age sons) appreciated the convenient location to Uptown Sedona and the stunning views from the house. It was too cold to use the pool, but we still enjoyed lounging in the sunshine by the relaxing fountain. There are many different outdoor spaces and we used them all! It is an easy downhill walk to Uptown, but dark in the evening for the return. We also appreciated all the material and the parks pass. You will love this property & we hope to return someday!
