Beautiful views and perfect location in the heart of Sedona. Great for peaceful resting on the spacious deck with nice views of the red rocks or stargazing. Close to hiking, there is a trail right out the front door on the mountain and shopping in the local downtown Sedona shops and art studios. FREE CABLE & WIFI. Great Five Star Restaurants close by or cook your own dinner in the well stocked kitchen with an outdoor BBQ. Firepit in the large, fenced backyard for outdoor gathering & fun or relax at night under the stars. Retire to your own bedroom with adjoining bath/shower, sleeps 6 people/couples. Beds are a king size and a queen size with another room with a full-size futon. Very cozy and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.

  • Sedona has some of the best hiking and views you can find in all of the Southwest USA. But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! The house was cozy and had the best views. Loved sitting on the deck every morning watching the sunrise and relaxing. The house was also in a perfect location to all of the sites and activities we wanted to see and do. Would stay again!

Charming property and great location

Relaxing Vacation

This property has a spectacular back view of rock formations. The house has a relaxed feel and the beds were comfortable. The location is minutes from all major shopping and restaurants.

Comfortable Cabin with great views

The Cabin is close to hiking trails and restaurants. We spent many hours on the deck area enjoying the views of the red rock mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

First visit to Sedona

The house was perfect in every way. Cleanliness, location, view and neighbors made it our home away from home. Access to the trails and downtown restaurants and shopping by foot was a big plus. Just hanging out on the deck with the view was so good that we had to force ourselves to do other activities. We are already planning a return for next year.

Peace & Quiet

The home is tucked away, but just minutes from downtown as well as from "normal" shopping (groceries, gas... thrift stores 😄). It is private and secluded, quiet. Well stocked kitchen (a pleasant surprise for simple basics--flour, sugar, spices that I'd assumed wed have to buy), clean and welcoming throughout. The beds are super comfortable and sunrise/sunset on back deck is the highlight of most days. 👍

Excellent Location

This little cabin is in a quiet neighborhood, end of a cul-de-sac, and is close to downtown (walking distance) so one does not have to drive thru downtown traffic to park here.Lovely views and extensive back deck for warm weather. The eclectic furnishings are quite adequate, although mostly old and thrift-shop. Comfortable recliners and beds. Fully equipped kitchen.Older TV in LR, and not a Smart TV, so you will not be able to hook into your Netflix, etc Overall, a very nice place to stay

Bucket List Week!

First time in Sedona and what an amazing week! Sherrys home is the perfect location. Just outside of downtown. Coffee and birdsong on the deck in the morning was so relaxing . The home has all the comforts needed and the 2 recliners at the end of a long day exploring was just what we needed to relax.so many amazing excursions : Horseback riding , Grand Canyon Railway tour, Pink Jeep to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, Sedona uptown, Jerome and Tuzigoot, and the most incredible scenic drive on 89A from Sedona to Flagstaff!! Great restaurants, surrounded by the beautiful Red Rocks scenery!! Final day we did the Devils Bridge Hike, which was a challenge to get to the top but so amazing to stand on the arch at the Golden Hour!! One of the best vacations we have ever done !!! Thank you Sherry for your wonderful home !!

Great Location

The best part of the property is the location. It is within walking distance of cute shops and restaurants. It is within a safe area. Access and communication with the owner was great. The home itself could use some TLC, let me expand...Upon entering there is a pet smell, that did not dissipate even with windows and doors open to let in the fresh air. The floors in the main living area are very damaged and are warped, scratched and in need of repair. The kitchen has everything you need, probably one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen in a rental. The bathrooms like the rest of the home are dated but functional, a bit of mold on the ceiling, linens are plentiful but worn. The bedrooms are marginal with very soft beds and too much furniture with no place to place suitcases, making the rooms feel cramped. The home appears to have personal belongings in every drawer, cabinet and closet. Almost to the point where we felt we were staying at grandma’s house and not a rental. The home on first glance seems clean, but on further inspection there were cobwebs on every ceiling and corner, the base boards with pet hair and kitchen cabinets with grime. The deck area is vast and offers plentiful seating options and the firepit is great - you will need to buy wood. The lighting outside was either burnt out or non functional. Overall, a good cleaning and decluttering along with a few minor repairs and this place would be phenomenal.

What a great place! So close to everything. Almost every trail we hiked and restaurant was within 5-12 minutes away. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed for 7 days. Great view from the back porch. We will be back!
