Leider war der Empfang nicht so schön. Es war niemand da, der mit den Koffern geholfen hätte. An der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt in die Parkgarage zu fahren. Leider hat er vergessen, dass wir dafür eine Karte brauchen. Auch auf die Schelle an der Garage hat niemand reagiert. Also habe ich angerufen und es kam jemand. Statt einer Entschuldigung wurde nur patzig reagiert. Das ich schon des öfteren im Hotel war, wurde erst auf meinen Hinweis hin zur Kenntnis genommen.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und das Personal war freundlich. Unsere Suite hatte einige Makel und war auch nicht gründlich gereinigt. Es war Nebensaison, könnte also auch daran liegen. Gemeinschaftliche Räume waren sauber.

Sehr schönes Erwachsenenhotel, direkt am Dorfplatz in Seefeld. Trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Hallo, es sollte beim Check-in für Leute die das Parkhaus buchen, erklärt werden, dass es einen Pkw Aufzug gibt. Im ersten Moment steht man etwas verloren vor dem Aufzug. Der Pool sollte um 2-3 Grad bei Temperatur erhöht werden.

Romantic getaway
Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back!

there was no hot water from 3 pm until the next morning !!! so after using the pool we cant took a shower so we were with Chlorine all night . the staff ignored us, wasnt care and we weren't compensated at all. also in breakfast the staff was unpleasant. when we checked out instead of apology we recived a tes-tube with salt - HA HA HA

Das Chalet Zimmer war wundervoll - der Rest des Hotels so la la. Spa Bereich kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir diesen nicht genutzt haben. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - fast keiner der Aufzüge hat funktioniert und der Teppich im Haus hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Frühstückspersonal fand ich persönlich als sehr unangenehm. Ja, wir waren erst gegen 10:15 im Speisesaal, doch selbst dann kann ich ein entspanntest Frühstück erwarten - was leider gar nicht der Fall war. So 6 Personen hatten mit lautem TamTam alles um Punkt 10:30 Uhr aufgeräumt, so dass man sich sehr unwohl gefühlt hat - wir sind dann mit ziemlich schlechter Laune wieder ins Zimmer zurückgekehrt. Auch als wir am Nachmittag einfach nur einen Kaffee und Aperol trinken wollten, hat es ewig gedauert, bis wir unsere Getränke bekamen.

Super SPA-Hotel! Tolles Zimmer! Nur für Erwachsene
Wir haben das Diamond Chalet mit Frühstück und Dinner gebucht. Das Zimmer war ein Traum! Gross und gemütlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Badwanne im Zimmer macht es sehr romantisch. Die Dusche bietet viel Platz. In der Minibar gibt es Wasser, Softgetränke und alkoholisches gegen Bezahlung. Der Balkon ist auch gross und wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht zu den Bergen. Das Einzige was mich gestört hat war die Klimaanlage die nicht funktionierte. Die Poolanlage ist gross und man kann gemütlich die Zeit dort verbringen. Im Zimmer hatten wir eine Tasche mit Badetüchern. Bademantel und Badelatschen hatte man auch im Zimmer. Sauna haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Die Terrasse bietet einige Liegeplätze und dort hat man auch seine Ruhe fürs Lesen oder Schlafen und Sonne tanken. Das Gym ist gross und ist mit einigen Geräten gut ausgestattet. An der Bar konnten wir einen gratis Willkommens-Drink (Sekt) geniessen. Das Dinner war TOP! Man kann bis 5-Gänge essen. Bei uns gab es z.B. Käse-Teller, dann Spargelsuppe (die war so lecker), Zitronensorbet mit Weinschaum, Rindsmedaillon mit Gemüse und Kartoffelpuffer und zum Schluss noch Früchte und verschiedene Glacesorten an einer Waldbeerensauce. Das Frühstücksbüffet war vielfältig. Es gab leckeres Brot, Rührei mit Würstchen, Aufschnitt, Käse, etc. Das Personal im Hotel war stets freundlich! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Great location, food and service
This is an excellent hotel for the price. It is clearly geared towards couples and a romantic getaway. However, I had a single room with a balcony and dinner. The room was clean and large with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a little dated but clean and functional. The facilities are excellent, large sun terrace big pool and wellness area. The food is outstanding and there is a lot of it. Your room has a table assigned so no fighting for seats. The hotel is located in the main square of this picture post card town. It has a park garage but a much cheaper option was the lake car park (car park 2) where a 24hr ticket was only 4E about a third of the hotel. I would definitely return.
