「Location is good, room is clean, service is great. No lake view from our room. No AC and it can get hot at night. Need self check in at night.」

「I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult. 「The hotel room was so small; my wife, baby, and I were in the room, and it was too small for us. The hotel charged us for the baby bed 45 euros per night, although it was confirmed by Expedia that the baby bed is free of charge, there was missunderstanding as they mixed between two reservations and we didn't get the right room for us, the Hotel rated 4 stars but there was no elevator and i have to carry or luggage to the first floor and go on stairs, there was no tooth brush, Sanitary kit,...

「Very pretty and relax Hotel counter people is very helpful and nice」

「Es gibt kein Personal also ist es nicht zu bewerten. Das Frühstück wird in einem nahegelegenen Kaffee gereicht. Die Zimmer sind wesentlich angenehmer als in anderen Preiswerten Preiswerten Hotels」

「Incredible views and clean rooms. Walking distance to town, the cable car and the ferry port.」

「We liked our room, location (close to train station), and breakfast. Unfortunately no left luggage facility. We had to leave our bags in the hotel lobby.」
